What type of cleaning appointments do you offer?
Depending on the size of your home and your specific cleaning needs, we are able to accommodate appointments ranging from one-off spring cleans to monthly, fortnightly or weekly slots. Appointment times can vary in length from 1 hour to 6 hours, and take place between 9.15am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.


How do you assess my cleaning requirements?
For interested clients, we arrange a FREE, no-obligation visit to assess your home and to discuss your personal cleaning requirements. From this we can suggest the type of appointment you may require.


How many staff are provided for a cleaning appointment?
Our teams always work in pairs, occasionally in groups of three.


Will I get the same team each time?
We strive to send our clients the same team as often as possible, although our busy schedule sometimes means that we will need to send a different team, although one member will always be familiar with your home.


How are your staff vetted and trained?
Our professional team are chosen on the basis of their skills and experience, which we establish through interviews and references.
Rigorous in-house training is provided by our elected senior personnel throughout the employment of each staff member.


Are you insured?
Yes – we have full public and employers’ liability insurance.


Can you clean my home if I’m out?
Yes – we have a strict and secure procedure which enables us to hold keys and alarm instructions for the majority of our clients.
